Visualization Support

Visualization is the key to rapidly understanding the characteristics of a solution. HILTOP presently includes the following visualization aids:

Display/print ecliptic plane projections of solar system body orbits and spacecraft trajectory. Following is an example of the trajectory profile for a comet Encke rendezvous mission that also executes flybys of two asteroids along the way.

Import standard output files created with HILTOP into spreadsheet or graphics programs to create custom graphics of trajectory or performance data. Following is an example.
