4.5.2012 Important Notice The U.S. Department of State has determined that MAnE and HILTOP are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). We find it difficult to conceive of a way that this software could be used in a manner to pose a threat to the country or its citizens and we are exploring avenues to reverse the decision. But in the meantime it is essential that both SpaceFlightSolutions and its licensees comply with the regulations that require a license from the U.S. Department of State to export the software or to permit access by foreign entities or individuals to the software. |
